The efficiency of heat transfer equipment drops when the flow rate of fluids dropped below the designed values. In ships, large boiler, heat exchangers and condensers have little opportunity for servicing, and corroded tubes must be replaced. Retubing offers a cheaper and faster solution to withdrawing the equipment from service.

+ BoilerMaster can help in selecting and supplying the right tubes for retubing. Materials supplied are suported with mill/classification certificates. Most common tubes materials are stocked.
+ Complete records of approved processes and tests results are kept per ISO 9000:2000.
+ Inspection, analysis and tube material upgrades studies can also be provided.

Capabilities
+ Bend and weld steel tubes diameters up to 4 inches.
+ Pressure vessel designed and supply for ASME Vlll Div 1, TEMA and other heat exchargers codes.
+ Site retubing for bundle weight up to 30 tonnes using hydraulic bundle pullers.
